YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a motivated individual with strong customer service and organizational skills to join our Life Insurance Team in
our Elmira, Ontario office. As a member of our team, you will enjoy a positive work environment, professional training, and
competitive compensation. We promote work/life balance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive and process policy changes as required.
Ensure all changes are processed and recorded in a timely fashion.
Process client and agent calls and assist with their requests.
Investigate policies as needed.
Keep systems up to date with changes/notes.
Assist with other duties in the department as requested.
Participate fully as a member of the team, promote team effectiveness and contribute to a positive work environment.
Ad hoc projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 years experience in an office setting.
Experience in individual life insurance an asset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products.
Highly organized, detail oriented, proactive, and ability to multitask.
Effective communication skills (written and oral) and comfortable interacting with advisors and clients.

COMPETENCIES
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently.
Clear communicator, verbal and written.
Take initiative to identify issues and seek out resolutions.
Ability to adapt to a changing environment, multi-task and consistently meet deadlines.
Understanding of insurance environment considered an asset.
