Vulnerability Management Manager

**Description:
- Permanent Full Time- The **_Manager of Vulnerability Management _**is part of the first line of cyber defense, working with I.S. and business partners to help them identify, understand, and remediate real threats to the organization. The role is focused on managing a team of vulnerability analysts to ensure that the organization remediates active vulnerabilities and prioritizes resources and efforts efficiently.- Defend today and secure tomorrow.- This position reports to the Director of Security Assurance and supports the Global Information Security Office.**What you will do**
- Lead a team of infrastructure vulnerability management analysts in protecting the organizations information assets.
- Coordinate day to day vulnerability management activities including but not limited to scan scheduling, resource allocation, prioritization of effort, monitoring of environment, ensuring service levels are met and communicating with stakeholders.
- Ensuring process and procedures are updated,
- Create automated workflows that enable vulnerability management to improve efficiencies and reduce time to execute.
- Deliver and enhance existing vulnerability and remediation metrics
- Update and revise the 3 year strategic plan for Vulnerability Management

**What you will bring**
- Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
- Minimum five years’ experience as an information technology professional with at least one of those in information security demonstrating the accountabilities as listed above or similar
- Holds at least one information security certification or actively working towards at least one security certification (e.g. CISSP, CISM)
- Excellent communicator including demonstrated presentation and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to foster relationships and build trust
- Ability to work independently and deliver on commitments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- The base salary for this position is between **$74,500.00****:

- $137,900.00 **annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
