Bayshore is looking for a passionate and caring Senior Manager of Clinical Practice (MCP), (Registered Nurse) to join our amazing team.

You will be creating special moments for clients each and every day by supporting their care needs, and the caregivers who provide their vital services. The Senior MCP RN role supports the clinical aspects of our Home Support Program, including the leadership and supervision of MCPs, who directly manage direct personal care staff and client/family relations. Other administrative responsibilities are centered around the organization and implementation of the overall Home Support Program for the Niagara branch.

Work Location and Hours
Monday - Friday In-Office, Thorold, ON location; business hours
May include some local travel within the Niagara Region
Shared on-call responsibilities

Education
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing at the RN level. Preference given to those who hold a BN or BScN degree Current registration with the provincial regulating body.
Current CPR certification required.

Experience
At least three (3) years of recent experience with progressive responsibilities as a Nursing Supervisor, preferably in a community setting.

Other Requirements
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to handle difficult situations in an objective consistent format; ability to work independently and effectively lead a team.
Excellent report writing and communication skills with both Field and Administrative employees.
Solid knowledge of the principles, practices, and methods of community nursing and service delivery to clients as well as program development, implementation and evaluation.
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle
