**The Opportunity**

**What You’ll Do**
- Provide - Excellence in customer service during customer full dining experience.
- Servers should have a deep understanding of the ingredients and food served, Italian wine & Cocktails
- Demonstrate the ability to go the extra step to accommodate guest requests and suggestions.
- Proactively assist other servers with table maintenance, running food, side duties, and assisting to take payments.
- Be knowledgeable regarding allergy policies and procedures to ensure guests are not at risk for an allergic reaction.
- Adhere to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies
- Maintain a clean and efficient work environment.
- Continuously strive for superior guest satisfaction.
- Help patrons select food and beverages by presenting menu - offering cocktails; suggesting courses; explaining chef’s specials; answering food preparation questions.
- Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed and directed by supervisor.

**What You Have**
- 2+ years experience in an upscale fine dining and beverage setting.
- Must be the age of majority to serve alcoholic beverages with a valid Serving it Right certificate.
- Enthusiastic and committed to guest satisfaction.
- WSET certification is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player attitude accompanied by an outgoing disposition.
- Availability to work on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada to be considered.
