- **Responsibilities**:_
- Facilitate Lab Experiences and workshops
- Provide exceptional boutique sales, customer service, and processes in-store and e-commerce transactions
- Build client lists and maintain relationships that foster loyalty and brand advocacy
- Assist with candle-making labs, packaging and labelling
- Serve café beverages, routine cleaning of the candle-making lab equipment, and maintain the appearance of the café
- Routine cleaning and maintenance of store displays
- Manage packaging and shipments of e-commerce products
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Partake in educational sessions on product and vendor training
- Perform operational & administrative activities such as receiving stock, processing transfers and other duties as assigned

- 2+ years of luxury retail sales experience. Department store background a bonus.

- Availability to work flexible hours.

- **What you will bring to this role**:_
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficient in verbal and written English language
- Knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management
- Ability to multitask, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision.

**Physical demands**: This position involves occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: From $16.50 per hour
