**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Showcase our inventory of new and pre-owned vehicles, highlighting features and benefits to match customer requirements.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities to potential buyers.
- Provide accurate product information, pricing details, and financing options to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships through follow-up communication and personalized service.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new vehicle models, and competitive offerings.
- Complete sales paperwork accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with dealership policies and procedures.
- Participate in sales training programs and professional development activities to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.
- Uphold the dealership's reputation for exceptional customer service and integrity in all interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of automotive products, features, and specifications.
- Familiarity with financing options, lease agreements, and sales contracts.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to deliver outstanding results.
- Motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to sales and customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales and marketing is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
