**About Us**:
Gladiator Soccer Academy is North York’s premier youth soccer academy, blending Barcelona and Ajax methodologies to create a unique and innovative training atmosphere. We pride ourselves on a culture of collaboration, where coaches learn from each other, share knowledge, and work together to create the best environment for player development. We focus on creating a fun and dynamic learning experience for our players, while also providing a platform for our coaches to grow and thrive in their careers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and conduct engaging soccer training sessions
- Teach fundamental soccer techniques, strategies, and rules
- Motivate and encourage players to reach their full potential
- Provide constructive feedback to players to enhance their performance
- Organize and supervise soccer games and tournaments
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during training and games

**Requirements**:
We are looking for the best of the best—someone who has a deep passion for the game, a strong work ethic, and a desire to constantly improve and educate. This role is ideal for a coach who thrives in a collaborative environment, is great with kids, and is eager to create innovative training sessions that inspire creativity and problem-solving. Punctuality, drive, and passion are essential, as is a commitment to the holistic development of players.

**Qualifications**:

- **Learn to Train** certification
- **Make Ethical Decisions (MED) Course**:

- **Making Ethical Decisions Online Evaluation**:

- **Respect in Sport Online Module**:

- **Making Headway in Soccer Online Module**

Plus **any **of the following:

- **C Diploma or higher (Ontario soccer)**:

- **Any C license equivalent (FA, uefa c, Concacaf C**

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $27.00-$35.00 per hour

- Every Weekend
