**Missions**:
**These missions are for a typical Planner on the REM, you will support on the following**:

- Assists the coordination of schedule inputs with different sub-systems (internal)
- Increase knowledge of Planning tools (Primavera, and/or MS project), and Office.
- Oversees new tool development to optimize processes amongst the planning team
- Prepose new KPI tracking intiatives
- Participates in the implementation of schedule management tools.
- Adheres to all project management plans and all Alstom procedures in force.
- Participates in the assist of production of internal and external monthly reports as required.
- Participates in the support and management of the schedule and forecasts of activities following the monthly cycle, in particular:

- Ensures the integrity of the progress of activities within its scope.
- Ensures the management of relevant indicators to visualize the progress of its scope.
- Alerts the Project Planning and Reporting Manager or any other leader of the project management team in the event of a significant discrepancy between

the project planning reference and the actual progress.
- Identifies, proposes, and develops mitigation plans to reduce proven delays or guard against potential delays.
- Ensures the production of schedule deliverables on a periodic basis.
- Participates in nessecary planning progress meetings.
- Ensures animation around the consolidation of the timeliness impacts of changes.

**Desired Profile**:

- Pursuing an engineering diploma in industrial, mechanical, electrical or similar
- You have an interest in project management and planning management on complex projects
- Knowledge in project management
- Knowledge of Planning tools (Primavera, and/or MS project), and Office, an asset, but not required
- Fluency in French and English required
