We are looking for mature, dedicated team members to provide alarm monitoring and verification services in our world-class monitoring station located at 5775 Yonge Street, North York, Ontario (immediately north of Finch Subway Station).

**Role Responsibilities**
- Supervising our operations team as it pertains to our monitoring center customers both internally and externally.
- Ensuring key performance targets are met both ULC and Non ULC customer base, TELUS Health Medicals signals/ inbound phone, and alarm processing targets
- Coordinates responses to identified alarm events, assists with inbound call processing when necessary
- Assigns Team members and works closely with the Team Lead to ensure targets are met
- Assists/Supports team member in all functions of the day-to-day operations as required/needed (ssg video calls/TELUS medical/alarm processing)
- Adheres to all company policies and escalation procedures
- Ability to multitask a must
