**SUMMARY**

The Executive Assistant supports the President of Pioneers Canada, enabling them to be effective in their role. The Executive Assistant needs to provide timely, organized and quality administrative support, which requires flexibility and initiative. This role will coordinate and manage the Presidents schedule, assist with preparing and organizing reports, files, presentations, communication pieces, and other administrative tasks. The Executive Assistant will also assist in supporting the Board of Directors administratively and other executive leaders as needed.

**TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage the President’s calendar, including making appointments.
- Assist in preparing for presentations and events, with the creation of presentation materials and communication pieces.
- Conduct research and collect data on various topics as needed.
- Assist with planning and organizing events, both internal for staff and external.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents, attending to logistics, and taking minutes as needed.
- Assist with coordinating travel arrangements when necessary.
- Greet guests and visitors of the President and ensure hospitality needs are filled.
- Submit expense reports.
- Work with other office administrators to manage and order general office supplies.
- Provide administrative support to the Board of Directors, including preparations for semiannual Board meetings, minute taking, and additional support as needed.

- Familiarity with Microsoft 365.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Previous administrative experience.
- A committed believer who is passionate about seeing the good news of Jesus spread throughout the whole world.
- Active participation in a local fellowship.
- A valid Canadian driver’s license is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
