**About the Opportunity**:
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative who shares our values and is passionate about making a positive impact. As a brand ambassador for Canadian Office Supplies, you are a dedicated professional eager to grow our customer base through outbound telephone based prospecting and follow up with existing customers. Your dedication and commitment will help us create a win-win situation, where our business thrives alongside the success of you, our customers and our community.
- Cold calling volume of 65-80 calls/day
- Prospecting for and closing new business with new customers
- Documenting all sales activities in CRM
- Meeting daily KPI’s
- Continuously develop sales skills through regular training and review
**Qualifications**:
- Exceptional command of English to effectively engage on the phone (phone screen required prior to interview)
- 1-2 years of sales or transferable experience including cold calling
- Results driven and proactive developer of new business
- Track record of converting leads into customers
- A solid history of improving the average order value of sales
- A competitive and continuous improvement mindset
- Experience in the Office Supplies industry an asset but not required

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
