**eCommerce Coordinator Job Description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Photographs all eCommerce product shots and edits according to standard
- Sets up lighting and composition, ensuring products are represented accurately, and in line with brand guidelines.
- Maintains exposure and color accuracy standards while producing a high volume of images.
- Develops production schedule for all assets to be executed for all products
- Publishes and uploads all new products to website
- Sources Vendor Descriptions & Product Content Details
- Maintains and creates new product & search engine listings by producing optimal copywriting and product imagery
- Oversees fulfillment and completion of online orders
- Gathers lifestyle/designer photographs from designer or web
- Manages customer returns and e-commerce customer service
- Merchandising general collection pages
- Removes sold out or discontinued items from website
- Manages inventory availability online
- Executes price adjustments and online markdowns
- Regularly audits website to find errors, glitches or any issues
- Works closely with digital team on any improvements, testing and workflow
- Monitors vendor availability of product for replenishment and reorders
- Understands the overall Omnichannel business model and focuses on key areas (eCommerce, fulfillment and post-purchase operations) to maintain or improve productivity, identify opportunities, and support new growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

- University Degree or College Diploma in Photography, Business, Advertising or Marketing, or related field
- Photography experience is a must, experience in fashion and/or eCommerce photography is an asset
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, site analytics tools and familiarity with content management tools
- Highly organized, detail oriented and quick learner, with a focus on accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop and manage relationships with cross functional resources and outside vendors
- Strategic thinker with the ability to solve problems, even when they are not fully defined
- An obsession with the user experience and interaction, website navigation, hierarchy, and content
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Experience working with Shopify, Microsoft Excel & Adobe Creative Suite is a must
- Experience with the following capabilities is considered an asset: Lightspeed, Accumula, Adobe Illustrator, customer service roles, inventory management, online merchandising, drop-ship programs, Google Analytics, or similar

**Additional Information**:This is a full-time contract role, starting in May 2023.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
