**Overview**

The General Laborer under the Commercial Area is responsible for crating and packaging the Commercial line products to ensure its conformance to customer specifications and meeting the highest quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities includes**
- Conduct visual inspection of the heaters and ensure each outbound product meets the customer's specifications and regulatory bodies.
- Clean and box each heater according to their respective sizes.
- Crate and package the heater according to their respective sizes and destination.
- Conduct process verification checks based on documented work instructions.
- Ready to do general assembly when the scope of operations is low and willing to be crossed trained in other production areas.
- Follow and uphold Thermon safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Perform other duties as required.

- Air staple gun experience is an asset
