About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at EM2 General Contractor Ltd. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the project site.
  • Material Handling: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Earthwork: Level earth to fine grade specifications, ensuring accurate and precise results.
  • Waste Management: Clean and pile salvaged materials, and remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Environmental Safety: Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, maintaining a safe working environment.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Conditions: Work under pressure, often in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding role, requiring stamina and endurance to perform tasks safely and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train, with a focus on developing skills and knowledge in construction laboring.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with a regular and predictable schedule.
