Does this sound like you?
- BS degree or higher;
- Minimum five years of work experience in an MS CRM environment in any capacity;
- Minimum three years of implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Field Service, PSA);
- Strong CRM industry and product knowledge:
- Minimum two years of experience with system design or information systems;
- Minimum four years of experience as a CE consultant;
- Project management experience is an asset.
- Hands-on experience with multiphase, globally delivered CRM implementation projects;
- Experience with Dynamics 365 in on-premise implementations and environments;
- Proficient in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement;
- Familiarity with relational database concepts;
- Ability to:
meet deadlines;
handle multiple activities in a dynamic and energizing environment.
- Strong configuration and leadership skills;
- Excellent:
team building, mentoring, and leadership abilities with a strong client service orientation;
presentation, communication, leadership and client development skills to effectively present information to C-level management, public groups and/or board of directors;
organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed.
- Proficient skills in English are required to communicate with clients directly.
