Previous experience in a sales or customer experience role is required. A background in financial sales, loans, or bankruptcy is a strong asset.

Beautifi was created to make the patient financing industry more transparent and consumer friendly. We don’t believe in hidden fees, misleading rates, prepayment penalties, or unexpected charges. Our goal is to make health and beauty affordable and to give Canadians access to the procedures they want or need, without having to wait. **Key Responsibilities and Activities**:

- Manage outbound and inbound phone calls, working with existing customers as well as new prospects
- Helping customers through our sales process in a timely and courteous way
- Using interpersonal and sales skills to convert interested prospects into customers
- Work with the credit and accounting teams to coordinate fundings and achieve our sales goals
- Assist other CX team members to ensure every applicant receives industry leading customer service

- High performers with a proven track record of exceeding KPI’s and targets
- Multi-taskers that can handle numerous active clients and remain organized and timely
- Consistently demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A positive and can-do attitude, happy to assist with a range of different tasks
- Ability to adapt to changing responsibilities and environment
- Strong people skills and sales abilities, previous experience in a similar role is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A high level of professional discretion is required
- French-speaking an asset

**Location**:This role is **in-office. **We are located at 609 Granville Street in the heart of Downtown Vancouver.
