**Position**
Project Manager

**The Role**
Reporting to the Director, Project Excellence, the ERP Project Manager will play a key role in ensuring successful implementation of ERP and CRM projects. This is a client facing role that will have you actively managing client resources as well as systems implementation vendors.

**What You’ll Do**
- Provide guidance and recommendations on project direction, priority, resource allocation, and scheduling.
- Identify and manage project dependencies, resources, risks, and critical paths.
- Develop work plans, manage deadlines, and coordinate multiple project work streams across your allocation of clients
- Manage all aspects of project budgets and change requests.
- Define, monitor, report, and deliver on ERP project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Responsible for all deliverables required for system cutover and Go Live - ensuring complete coverage, appropriate quality, on time delivery.

**Who You Are**
- Minimum 5 years of related work experience in professional business environment
- Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent (not mandatory)
- Experience with Implementation of ERP systems i.e. Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Epicor, Infor, Accumatica, etc
- Experience leading, motivating, and managing
- Strong experience presenting to executive sponsors and demonstrated communication skills, both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff, and all levels of management.
- Strong understanding and experience of the end-to-end ERP implementation project life cycle.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
- Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.
