**Job Summary**

**What is the Opportunity?**

Data Risk Manager, Wealth Management** - **Design and execute essential First Line of Defence (1st LoD) Data Risk capabilities for Wealth Management (WM) globally.

**What will you do?**
- Fulfill key aspects of a 1st LoD Data Risk mandate: risk reporting, in-depth data analysis, review/approval of Data Risk Assessments, recommendations to key stakeholders, direct engagement in selected projects, etc.
- Work closely with WM Data Management Office (DMO), WM businesses and Functional partners to identify and capture process and control information to support RBC Data Policy requirements, and WM business needs
- Support analytical and reporting requirements to fulfill WM North American Strategic Privacy Lead role
- Plan and complete Ad hoc projects

**What do you need to succeed?**
- **5-8 years in a combination of knowledge, skill and background in either data/information management risk, operational risk practices, audit or compliance functions, securities operations within one or more businesses in WM or comparable business.**:

- **Ability to analyze large and complex datasets to better understand potential risks, concerns and outcomes of decisions.**:

- **Ability to create reports, summaries, presentations and process documents, and collaborate with team members and key stakeholders to present data and recommendations.**:

- **Strong communication skills, and ability to present information effectively.**
