**The Opportunity**

The Director of Marketing generates awareness, acquisition, and integrated marketing for TCS World Travel, Four Seasons, and partners from long-term strategy to execution. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you'll serve as a member of the marketing leadership team and responsible for leadership and development of a team of 5 marketing managers and specialists

**Travel Opportunities**: Travel to the TCS World Travel office in Seattle at least once a month.

**Responsibilities**
- Propel awareness of TCS World Travel with qualified target market and driving new customer acquisition through the full funnel for TCS and for setting and reaching yearly acquisition goals
- Pioneer brand marketing and trip specific marketing to reach occupancy goals through the full funnel
- Senior marketing relationship with Four Seasons, responsible for strategic marketing planning and leading team responsible for execution of Four Seasons marketing in collaboration with Four Seasons marketing team to meet mutual goals
- Lead partner marketing team, while working with the internal BD/partnership director
- Define and govern appropriate critical metrics to meet sales and marketing goals and evaluating efficiency of marketing campaigns
- Determine and synthesize consumer insights and brings ways of reaching potential new customers through new channels and targeting opportunities
- Lead and develop a high-performance team of marketers - three managers, one specialist, one contract role
- Supervise competitive and industry trends

**What we are looking for**:

- Confirmed experience in growth marketing, integrated marketing, or partner marketing
- 5+ years of leading high-reaching teams in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with high-net-worth customer segment preferred
- Strategic thinker, strong communicator, and shown operator
- Highly analytical with understanding of metrics and ability to pull insights from analysis and storytelling
- Ability to handle-level of complexity, impactful decision making, and adjust plans quickly
- Experience running multi-million dollar budgets
