**Greenbrook TMS is seeking a full-time Patient Intake Specialist in our Montreal call center **offering the opportunity to schedule potential patients with depression and other mental health disorders for breakthrough behavioral health care services including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and esketamine therapy. **This individual will introduce and educate interested patients on our treatment options, assist with their needs, and encourage them to book free consultations at their nearest clinic.**

Greenbrook’s Montreal call center is open weekdays from 9:00am-9:00pm and on Saturday from 9:00am-5:00pm. **Our full-time call center Patient Intake Specialists work 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week (40 hours)**_._**_ We are currently seeking someone to fill our later weekday shift of 12:00-9:00pm including two (2) Saturdays per month (9:00am-5:00pm). Schedules will vary depending on the weekend shift._**

**Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Handling over 150 calls per day
- Managing leads and prospective patient requests online and by phone
- Follow up calls to prospective patients and interested parties (no cold calling)
- Providing basic treatment information to prospective patients
- Scheduling / Rescheduling patient appointments
- Pre-screening patients for insurance coverage
- Providing a high level of service with each patient interaction
- Data entry and other miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed
- **Above all**, always providing care and compassion to our patients

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- High school diploma, or GED
- Minimum of 2 years phone and/or customer service experience
- Active listening skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Strong computer skills, most notably Microsoft word, Outlook, and CRM experience
- Physically able to sit for extended periods of time (at least 2-hr intervals)

**Preferred Experience and Qualifications**:

- Experience in patient scheduling
- Knowledge of marketplace insurance payers
- Clinical Interviewing
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish A PLUS
- Ability to connect with people.
- Ability to improvise and make quick decisions.
