**Overview**:
Join the LUDA Foods team as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, where you will play a crucial role in our operations. LUDA Foods, a third-generation family-owned company, has been a trusted provider of soups, sauces, and custom blends for the food service and industrial markets since 1951. We take pride in our made-to-order products, including our renowned LUDA brand line of dry mixes and refrigerated concentrates.

**Duties**:

- Answer the door and connect the incoming person to the appropriate LUDA employee (either to Forklift operator for incoming goods or for loading of a shipment or to Maintenance personnel for contractor services).
- Print the Daily Shipping Log.
- Print the Pick Lists for order assembly.
- Convert the Pick Lists into Pack Lists.
- Call the Transport or Vendor to arrange for the shipment of orders.
- Invoice sales orders
- Pick and prepare shipment of E-commerce orders
- Maintain the Daily Shipping Log register of outgoing shipments.
- Update the information data base with regards to movement of goods.
- Clean workstation
- Replace other positions when required as identified on the Organizational chart

**Fonctions**:

- Répondre à la porte et mettre en relation la personne qui arrive avec l'employé LUDA approprié (soit avec le cariste pour les marchandises entrantes ou pour le chargement d'une cargaison, soit avec le personnel d'entretien pour les services de sous-traitance).
- Imprimer le registre quotidien des expéditions.
- Imprimer les listes de prélèvement pour l'assemblage des commandes.
- Convertir les listes de prélèvement en listes de colisage.
- Appeler le transporteur ou le fournisseur pour organiser l'expédition des commandes.
- Facturer les commandes de vente
- Préparer l'expédition des commandes de commerce électronique.
- Tenir à jour le registre quotidien des expéditions sortantes.
- Mettre à jour la base de données d'informations concernant les mouvements de marchandises.
- Nettoyer le poste de travail.
- Remplacer d'autres postes en cas de besoin, comme indiqué dans l'organigramme.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
