**Marketing Specialist Job Posting**

**Job Duties will include**:

- Marketing Responsibilities: _
- Collaborate with other functional teams to develop, launch, and monitor marketing initiatives.
- Optimize opportunities for digital advertising, coordinate campaign launches as it relates to the strategy, tactics and KPIs for measurement.
- Identify, and manage marketing channels (ie. social media platforms) for brand growth, lead generation programs and other promotional efforts based on segment objectives.
- Oversee the design, maintenance, and content of EcoPoxy’s website ensuring all updates to the site align with brand strategy and objectives, while delivering a consistent experience for users.
- Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of all campaign results, conversion rates and online traffic to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns (i.e. Google Analytics and other tools).
- Retain knowledge of all EcoPoxy products and understand the value proposition of each.
- Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collaterals, and ensure brand guidelines are met.
- Write, proofread, and edit sales copy across different mediums.
- Design product packaging and labels that align to brand and regulations.
- Conduct market research and validation to support branding, product development, market development, and sales campaigns.
- Support development of Go to Market Strategy for product launches.
- Coordinate support from Agency of Record as required.
- Manage print contractors and other vendors.
- Supervisory Responsibilities: _
- Oversee marketing team project planning, defining scope, identifying tasks, and scheduling.
- Monitor team productivity and quality of work, provide constructive feedback and coaching to facilitate employee and team success.
- Conduct marketing team annual performance reviews, setting performance goals and development objectives that align with organizational needs and employee enrichment.
- Define and maintain the processes, procedures, tools, and systems that allow the Marketing

Team to effectively perform its functions. Ensure continuous improvement to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of the team.

**Knowledge/Experience/Skills**
- Post‐secondary education in Creative Communications or Commerce/Business Administration with a major in Marketing.
- Three to five years of experience in the marketing and communications field.
- Experience managing social media marketing platforms.
- Experience with website design, maintenance, and content.
- Experience analyzing online campaign results using tools such as Google Analytics.
- Experience supervising a team along with managing and creating promotional marketing programs.
- Creative & innovative individual with strong attention to detail and communication.
- Can work independently and collaborate in a teamwork environment.
- Sound judgment and a high level of professionalism.
