**Desirable Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:
Knowledge of proper office administration procedures, proper communication and telephone etiquette, ability to work harmoniously with others and to organize work load in a fast-paced environment; ability to act with tact and diplomacy when dealing with parents, teachers, students and the public.

**Training Required and Experience**:
Salary as per the NAPE Collective Agreement (CG-26: $23.59 - $26.11 / hour)
