Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as repairing plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues
- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants and address their concerns in a timely manner
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance projects
- Fabricate or repair equipment and fixtures as needed
- Supervise and train junior maintenance staff

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a customer service-oriented environment
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
- Proficiency in using CMMS software to track and manage maintenance activities
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Leadership skills to supervise and guide junior maintenance staff
- Good communication skills to interact with tenants, contractors, and vendors

**Salary**: $18.00-$18.03 per hour
