We're hiring a Shoemobile driver - manage a store on wheels

**Principle Accountabilities**
- Be able to safely and effectively drive a 35’ long, single drive axle truck which requires a Class G driver’s licence.
- Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor and attitude at all times.
- Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions/concerns in a timely manner with correct resolution.
- Maintain contact with current customers to promote the sales of product and service. Responsible for pre-scheduling visits to clients.
- Maintain a detailed itinerary in Microsoft Outlook.
- Identify new business opportunities, targeting small business, which will include "cold calling". Provide "leads" to Supervisor.
- Ensure all sales reporting and cash reconciliation is accurate and properly distributed to Work Authority and customer as required.
- Ensure current knowledge on product specifications and CSA standards.
- Promote company initiatives (i.e. gift card)
- Promote the sales of accessories (i.e. gloves, glasses, hearing protection, etc).
- Maintain model stock and on hand inventory within set budgets_._
- Complete inventory count semi-annually, and cycle counts are to be completed monthly
- Attend training, sales and trade meetings as required.

**Vehicle Accountabilities**
- Maintain vehicle appearance, both inside and out. Ensure samples are displayed effectively and priced accordingly.
- To partake in a mobile audit as required.
- Ensure vehicle safety by bringing your vehicle to a pre-assigned service centre for scheduled maintenance
- Perform "circle checks/pre-trip inspections” daily prior to use. Learn which mechanical defects require immediate attention and which ones can be repaired soon.
- Complete Daily Pre-Trip Inspection Reports/Driver’s Logbook.
- May require Electronic Logging Device usage dependant on which terriritoy that the truck is delegated to.
- Ensure the mechanical and security systems are functional, and are being used.
- To undertake other duties as the Mobile Manager may reasonably direct.

Skills for Success:
**1 to 3 years sales experience**

**Previous mobile sales experience an asset**

**Strong Customer Service orientation is a must**

**Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent verbal and written communication**

**Self-disciplined, organized, ability to multi task and with good time management skills**

**Intermediate knowledge of computers and mobile devises**

**Reliable, Proficient and Professional**

**Self-motivated, competitive and an upbeat attitude**

**Ability to lift 55lbs. intermittently**
