About the Role:
Are you an analytical student with a passion for identifying investment opportunities and market analysis?

Bosa Properties is excited to offer an internship opportunity with our Investments team from May 2023 - August 2023.

Reporting to the Director, Investments, the Intern, Investments will help analyze markets, identify investment opportunities and assist the team in executing transactions. You will gain hands on experience in middle market private equity and learn the strategic framework we employ to identify attractive investments.

You will be supporting members across the Investments team and portfolio companies, and projects will include:

- Analyzing investment opportunities;
- Leveraging internal and external data to support analysis;
- Compiling recommendations and presenting to senior team members;
- Supporting transaction execution through the deal process.

You have an entrepreneurial spirit, strategic mindset and enjoy dissecting problems and coming up with solutions. You are concise, articulate and have an ability to look at things differently. You are detail-oriented with a keen eye for analysis of complex information. You challenge the status quo, are curious and not afraid to suggest new ideas and will approach any challenge with a positive attitude.

**Our Must Haves**:

- Currently enrolled in 3rd or 4th year of post-secondary, or a recent graduate from a university (specializing in Finance, Strategy, Business Management, or another related field);
- Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to conduct research and draft concise and informative recommendations based on findings;
- Ability to extract, interpret and analyze data to identify opportunities and considerations;
- Strong understanding of financial statements and ability to present analysis;
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook);
- Willingness to be proactive and take ownership of a project from beginning to end;
- Previous internship experience in Private Equity, Corporate Development, Management Consulting or Strategy would be considered an asset.
