Carfair is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Grinder to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing uncompromised quality and customer satisfaction in the manufacturing of fiberglass components. As a supplier of quality fiberglass components, our company specializes in delivering exceptional products to various industries.

As a Grinder at Carfair, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production process. Your main responsibility will be to grind and finish fiberglass components to meet specific requirements and quality standards. This position requires attention to detail, precision, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate grinders and other tools to smooth, shape, and finish fiberglass components according to specifications
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards before they are sent to the next stage of production
- Remove excess material and imperfections from fiberglass components using hand tools or power equipment
- Perform routine maintenance on grinders and other tools to ensure their proper functioning
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
- Assist in other areas of the production process as needed

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience as a Grinder or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in using hand tools and power equipment, specifically grinders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Sound knowledge of safety protocols and ability to follow safety guidelines
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks for long periods of time
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors
