**Responsibilities**:
1. Coordinate and manage logistics operations. Coordinate with suppliers and finish vessel booking.

2. Fullfill customers' needs. Track and update latest locations of orders. Coordinate and arrange customs clearance and destination trucking service. Coordinate and communicate with customers to finish every order delivery.

3. Collect and obtain all the voucher/receipt/invoice from service providers. Confirm costs with customers; Cooperate with accountant for invoice issuing and payment collection.

4. Summarize shipping performance of each order periodically; Compare different service providers; Source new suppliers for materials and services. Help company and customers choose the best logistics solution.

**Skills Needed**:

- Fluent in English/Mandarin, Strong communication and coordination ability
- Have sense of customer service
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to solve problems

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of experience in logistics coordination or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Work permit is accepted.
