**About Us**

Wahi is a digital real estate platform that uses state-of-the-art tools and best-in-class realtors to bring control, choice and confidence to consumers on their real estate journey. Wahi's mission is to reclaim real estate for Canadians by providing a better way to buy and sell real estate, on their terms.

We are looking for our first Head of Customer Success to help elevate the client and Realtor partner experience on our platform and throughout our engagements. This is a mission critical role within our organization and are looking for someone with experience building an incredible client experience as we scale.

**What you will do in this role**:

- Lead the provision of first class customer support to Wahi’s consumers and partner realtors including; overseeing the team and systems that serves customers, answers inquiries and nurtures leads.
- Build scalable systems and processes to proactively lead the customer service function and predictive analytics to ensure staffing levels with a greater emphasis on planning vs firefighting.
- You will help build loyalty with our users and are always driving towards solutions
- Measure everything and strategically report results to various stakeholder with the right level of granularity
- Provide leadership that inspires and engages the Wahi’s service teams

**About You**:

- Metrics driven - knows what to measure (what’s important), figures out how to measure it and communicates measurement and improvement optimization opportunities proactively
- Growth hacker mindset - loves to experiment, test and learn and continually improve customer and employee experience
- Owns it / proactively rolls up sleeves to get stuff done
- Passionate about customer service and experience
- Empathetic attitude mindset towards understanding consumers and finding great amaze them service experiences - sales is the greatest form of service mindset
- Great people leader to achieve results through team
- System thinker - build a better machine rather than firefight every problem
- You're a team player who is always looking to be part of the solution, help drive engagement and a colleague that others can rely on
- You will have previously built tools/practices on a Client Success team
