**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Integrate simulator documents into the cloud management tool (QTGx).
- Propose innovative ideas and solutions to improve documentation and related processes.
- Investigate, support, and implement solutions to the existing tools and processes, used in the building and deploying of customer documentation.
- Estimate the effort required for each project to be integrated into QTGx.
- Review deliverables with the client.
- Become a QTGx expert for customer support.
- Keep the group leader informed on the progress of assigned projects.
- Support the Verification & Validation team for various documentation tasks.
- Other related duties may be assigned as needed.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years’ experience in electronic technical publications (interactive, PDFs)
- University or college diploma in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, problem solve and consistently meet deadlines with mínimal supervision.
- Possess attention to detail, ability to follow procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills.
- Sense of initiative and ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of programming is an asset, for better document management (ex. Sorting, comparison, renaming of documents etc.) to be able to identify and automate redundant tasks.
- Keep up to date with evolving technology, industry trends and tools related to technical communications and publications.
- Very good knowledge of French and English.

**RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Intégrer documents du simulateur (MQTG - Master Qualification Test Guide) dans l’outil de gestion infonuagique (QTGx).
- Fournir des idées et solutions innovantes pour améliorer la documentation et les processus qui s’y rattachent.
- Investiguer, supporter et implémenter les solutions aux outils et processus utilisés dans les solutions de création et de déploiement.
- Estimer les efforts requis pour chaque projet à intégrer dans QTGx.
- Procéder à la révision de livrables au client.
- Devenir un expert de QTGx pour le support à la clientèle.
- Garde informé le chef de groupe sur l’état d’avancement des projets.
- Supporter l’équipe Vérification & Validation pour diverses tâches de documentations.
- D’autres tâches connexes peuvent être assignées au besoin.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 1 à 3 années d’expérience en publications techniques électroniques (interactives, PDF)
- Diplôme universitaire ou collégial dans un champ de compétence relié ou expérience pratique équivalente.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets, résoudre des problèmes et constamment rencontrer les échéances avec supervision mínimale.
- Attention particulière aux détails, aptitude à suivre des procédures en place et souci de précision dans la performance du travail.
- Solides aptitudes interpersonnelles et de communication verbale et écrite.
- Sens de l'initiative et capacité à travailler de façon autonome.
- Connaissance de base de programmation un atout, pour la gestion de fichiers (Exemple : Expressions Régulière, tri, comparaison, renommer) dans le but de pouvoir identifier et automatiser les tâches redondantes.
- Se tenir à jour avec la technologie en évolution, les tendances de l’industrie et les outils reliés aux communications et publications techniques.
- Très bonne connaissance du français et de l’anglais.
