Airfoam Industries Ltd is an industry leader in the design and manufacturing of sustainable, budget-friendly and environmentally conscious EPS building and roofing insulation, void fill, and flotation billets.

Our three manufacturing plants are located in British Columbia where we have seen great success. We are thrilled to announce that our newest plant is currently under construction in Paris, ON and will be up and running very soon. We are searching for Territory Manager to join our Sales team to prospect, acquire, nurture, and retain builder relationships in the territory to support our residential construction sales in the GTA.

This is an exciting role that will require someone with a strong knowledge of the construction industry and understanding of the building envelope, and who can effectively communicate our value proposition to current and prospective clients.

**Duties**
- Prospect builders through networking within the community, trade shows, events and engaging with building associations.
- Acquire builders by presenting the Airfoam builder value proposition, completing customer records, and signing builders up to the builder rewards program.
- Support the Dealer Development by identifying builder purchase locations and working with the Dealer Manager to pull through dealer acquisition.
- Support the Dealer Development by brokering builder relationships with current dealers where builders have coverage but no account.
- Support transactions through the lifecycle by brokering relationships with dealers and builders to support internal team managing transactions.
- Review performance of builders annually to determine renewal or nurture status.
- Support dealer locations by managing relationships, keeping marketing POP current, supporting inventory and product availability for builders.
- Support / coordinate install training on the job site for builders who are constructing for the first time.
- Provide support to the builder and dealer in the field.
- Keeping customer record information accurate, current, and complete in CRM system
- Manage activity and communication against customer records in CRM system

**What You Bring**:

- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies.
- Experience in a related such as construction, manufacturing, or building products distribution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect and build trust with customers and team members.
- Strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills, and the ability to communicate professionally and tactfully to internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Can-do attitude and hunger to learn.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, Internet, ERP, CRM, Smart Phones)
