**Job Description**:
**Position Summary**:
As a key member of the Information Management Technology (IMT) team, the Network Analyst is responsible for providing expert, professional and skilled support for the LAN, WAN Networks, Servers, Storage and specialized equipment and Applications (including some HL7 Interface Engines) used within Cambridge Memorial Hospital and its partners. The Network Analyst will implement, integrate, enhance and support our LAN, WAN Networks, Servers, Storage and various IT Infrastructure Systems. Work will involve both implementation and operational assignments, developing procedures & plans and when required will follow accepted project management methodologies. The physical demands of the role may include but are not limited to prolonged sitting, standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing and pulling. This position contributes to ensuring there is a safe environment for patients, staff and visitors.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Support, management & configuration of Server Virtualization, including but not limited to:

- Host build/configuration, vCenter (installation/upgrade/updates/cluster configuration, etc.)
- Virtualization implementation/Administration (VMware as primary, other one will an asset)
- Experience using vmWare vRealize monitoring software suite.
- Installation and configuration of Tier 1 Class & Hyper converged Server Infrastructure technologies
- Support Storage (SAN/NAS) technologies including Fiber channel, iSCSI networking & NFS (DELL/EMC as primary, others an asset)
- Windows Server environment Support (various versions) including AD, DHCP, DNS, GPOs, DFS, Failover Clustering, SQL, etc.
- Installation, configurations, administration, performance tuning/monitoring and security patching. Experience working with MSI software re-packaging.
- Experience writing/maintaining appropriate scripts to automate system administration and recurring jobs
- Installation, configurations, administration, performance tuning/monitoring, security patching & PowerShell Scripting.
- Support of Local Area Network (LAN) / Wide Area Network (WAN) - Edge and Core technology equipment
- Support, management & configuration of Private/Public Cloud solutions implementation
- Support, management & configuration of Load Balancer Technologies
- Support, management & configuration of HL7 Interfaces
- Applications upgrades/migrations
- Creation and maintenance of Disaster Recovery processes and procedures
- Support of Backup and Replication software technology

Must be available outside of regular business hours for emergency and/or scheduled system changes performed after hours to reduce service interruption to the end user community.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- University or College degree in computer sciences
- Certifications including CCNA, MCSA / MCSE an asset
- 5+ Years experience on VMWare DataCenter Virtualization, certificate an asset (VCA, VCP, VCAP)
- 5+ Years experience supporting Microsoft Windows Server platforms
- 5+ years of current Network Analyst experience
- Experience configuring & supporting HL7 Interfaces - an asset
- Experience on CISCO Unified Telephone Systems - an asset
- Experience on Wireless Technologies - an asset
- Experience on Microsoft Windows SQL & Exchange an asset
- Experience on Firewall & VPN Technologies - an asset
- Current knowledge of trends in technology relating to Security, Networking, Servers, Storage and Virtualization solutions.
- Strong understanding of ITIL, and LEAN - an asset
- Proficient in Project Management Methodologies (Certification will be an Asset)
- Proven track record delivering IT solutions that align with the organizational goals and objectives
- Highly self-motivated and self-directed
- Proven analytical, evaluative, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Very strong customer service orientation skills are required
- Proven track record delivering results
- Stellar prioritization skills and proven track record executing tasks in a high-pressure environment
