We're actively seeking passionate individuals to fill the role of Production Workers, integral players in our day-to-day operations. This opportunity offers hands-on training, flexible scheduling options, and the chance to collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the cannabis industry.

**Responsibilities of a Cannabis Production Worker**:

- Proficiently execute trimming, manufacturing, packaging, and labeling of high-quality cannabis products, ensuring their excellence.
- Adhere rigorously to Standard Operating Procedures, guaranteeing full compliance with cannabis regulations and facility standards for safe and legal production.
- Skillfully manage the upkeep and calibration of production and sanitation equipment, contributing to the seamless flow of operations and overall efficiency.
- Handle concentrated materials safely, including potent cleaning agents and highly concentrated food compounds, maintaining a secure work environment.
- Uphold exceptional cleanliness and sanitation standards by thorough cleaning and sanitizing of production equipment, tools, and workstations.
- Maintain meticulous records and documentation of production activities, ensuring precision, transparency, and accountability throughout the process.
- Exhibit a strong drive and excel both independently and within a team, as your enthusiasm contributes to a positive work environment.
- Thrive in fast-paced settings, showcasing adaptability for maintaining efficiency during busy periods.

**Requirements for this Opportunity**:

- Reside locally in the Edmonton area
- Capable of engaging in physical activities throughout your shift, including standing, walking, moving equipment, and navigating stairs, as well as performing repetitive tasks like packaging and trimming.
- Comfortably lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs. (22kg).
- Feel at ease with actions such as squatting, bending, and kneeling.
- Willingly wear necessary personal protective equipment, which may include sanitary clothing covers, gloves, masks, and eye protection during work hours.
- Fully vaccinated against Covid-19 before entering our facility.

Experience Level: No prior experience required—just your enthusiasm, dedication, and drive Your willingness to learn and contribute is what matters most.

**Shifts may be any of the following**:

- Monday to Friday
- Sunday to Thursday
- Tuesday to Saturday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour
