**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Schedule Appointments and Showings**: Coordinate and manage the calendar for real estate agents, arranging appointments and property showings to optimize their time and efficiency.
- **Client Database Management**: Create, update, and maintain comprehensive client databases. Track and monitor the progress of real estate deals and client interactions.
- **Document Preparation**: Assist in drafting, preparing, and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents associated with real estate transactions.
- **Marketing Materials and Listings**: Prepare and update marketing materials and property listings, ensuring they are accurate, attractive, and aligned with current market trends.
- **Document Accuracy**: Ensure that all necessary documents and paperwork are completed correctly and submitted in a timely manner, maintaining high accuracy.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- **Administrative Support**: Work closely with real estate agents, offering administrative assistance and supporting their daily activities.
- **Meeting and Training Attendance**: Attend meetings and training sessions to stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new tools or technologies.
- **Research and Data Compilation**: Conduct research and compile relevant data to assist real estate agents with decision-making and client presentations.
- **Office Management**: Handle various office management tasks, including answering phones, filing documents, and organizing paperwork to ensure smooth office operations.
- **Additional Support**: As a key support role, contribute to the success of the real estate team by providing various administrative and operational support as needed.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required. Real Estate course classes completed or almost completed
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- **Independence**: Capable of working independently with mínimal supervision while maintaining high productivity.
- **Software Proficiency**: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Mac software and other commonly used office software.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Real Estate Knowledge**: Knowledge of real estate terminology and practices is mandatory.
- **Attention to Detail**: High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Must have own vehicle and a clean driver’s abstract.
- Must be available to work flexible hours including weekend availability
- **Social Media Skills**: Skilled in using multiple social media platforms for marketing and communication purposes.

This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our real estate agents, providing key administrative support, and enhancing overall client satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
