**Join our team as a Low-Rise PDI Representative**

We are looking for a PDI (pre-delivery inspection) representative to join our construction team As a PDI representative you will provide excellent customer experience prior to closing and introduce homeowners to their new home. You will work alongside the construction team to schedule pre delivery inspections in accordance with the construction and closing schedule.

**What You Will Do**:

- Schedule appointment for inspection with homeowners based on construction closing schedule
- Identify deficiencies pre-close
- Review options and extras and note that purchased options are included in the inspection
- Review model homes contracts and execute pre delivery inspections prior to closing
- Provide homeowners with necessary closing information and documentation as well as copy of PDI
- Provide signed CCP to all parties necessary for legal close
- Conduct new home orientation on functionality of systems within home as well as educate homeowners on new home warranty process at time of PDI

**What You Will Bring**:

- High school or equivalent
- 2+ years of related experience in residential construction, skilled labour, repairs, installation, framing, drywall, safety, and maintenance
