Project Co-ordinator

**Overview**
**Duties**:
- Coordinate project schedules and workflows to ensure timely completion of project communications, billings etc.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth operations.
- Review and interpret drawings and scope documents to assist in planning and execution.
- Utilize project management platform software for project tracking and documentation.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance.
- Assist in construction estimating by analyzing project requirements and preparing cost estimates.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, changes, and communications using tools like Bluebeam.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years experience as Project Co-Ordinator.
- Proficiency in reading drawings and specifications is essential.
- Experience with construction management software is essential.
- Familiarity with construction estimating practices is essential.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with team members and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality assurance.
Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
