Construction Estimator

Lead a team of estimators in organizing and coordinating the quantative assesment and costing of materials, labour, and equipment for large/mid scale construction projects in the GTA.

Work in conjunction with the Project Managers and Senior Executives in establishing the requirments for preparting all tender and bid packages, bid qualifications, Tender addendums etc for the respective division 2-16 disciplines.

Assist in reviewing all bids and preparing levelling comparisons. Lead the team with preparing weekly work flow procedures, allocation of duties and commnication with Project teams.

Prepare Class D, C and Class B budgets and divisional summaries in colaboration with Senior Executives.

**Salary**: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
