London, Canada London Cross Cultural Learner Centre Full time

The Cross Cultural Learner Centre is a non-profit organization, located in London, Ontario, that provides settlement services for newcomers to Canada. We are currently looking for a full-time, temporary (till March 31, 2024), **Landlord Liaison** to join our team.

The CCLC is a great place to work and make a difference. This role builds strong relationships with a large network of landlords in London with the aim of ensuring our newcomer clients find the safe and appropriate housing they need. The Landlord Liaison connects with landlords in person, at industry meetings, on the phone and virtually to build awareness of the CCLC as a reliable source of quality tenants.

We need a dynamic, friendly person who understands the London rental housing market and likes actively connecting with people and building a network. You'll need to be able to visit properties throughout the city and meet with landlords during the day or in the evening (or on weekends) if that's when they are available. Success is measured by how many London landlords know about our clients when you are done

As CCLC works with vulnerable clients in our community, you'll need to be able to pass a Vulnerable Persons Police Check to work for our organization.

If you'd like to join our team, the first step is to send us a resume and cover letter introducing yourself. Please highlight any experience you have working with landlords and the local rental housing market.

We look forward to hearing from you.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From $24.67 per hour
