The Crystal Lodge is currently recruiting for a full-time Reservations Agent and we have an LMIA available for this role
Not only can we provide this amazing immigration support, we also have housing available - dreams really do come true

The Crystal Lodge is a hotel that truly provides every guest with a unique and authentic Whistler experience and we are looking for a Reservations Agent that can enhance the guest experience.

Some of the duties you will be required to complete as part of this role include, but are not limited to:

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Provide efficient and informative advice to all customers that ensures that not only their needs are met in regard to hotel amenities, but also that the room they are looking to book meets their requirements.
- Handle cancellations, modifications, and special requests from guests - taking note of particular celebrations and events happening during their stay.

Please note, this list is not exhaustive and you will be required to complete duties that ensure the success of the department, and hotel.

Other qualifications and experience desired are:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour
