Wem Kiosk Lead Generator for The Carpet

**Attend the kiosk at our WEM site from 3pm to 8pm Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday from May 16 - September 22 **(location within the mall will change from time to time)

**Customer Service**
- greet and assist interested shoppers in learning more about the products and program
- Encourage shoppers to view and touch available sampling
- collect relevant information to direct shoppers to the appropriate range of products for their needs
- encourage shoppers to scan the QR code to get pricing and request an appointment for an in-home measure and quote
- distribute brochures or sales info if/when applicable
- promote benefits of program (mall passes)

**Self-Development**
- product knowledge
- basic information and training provided

**Display & Supply Maintenance Support**
- ensure supply needs are communicated to program manager
- communicate maintenance requests as needed

**Administrative**
- coordinate with team regarding scheduling and shifts
- communicate shift changes to team
- track lead numbers and provide them to administration
- participate in company communications
- provide required documentation in a timely fashion

**Safety**
- take the company safety orientation
- participate in the Company Health and Safety Program as it relates to your scope of work
- wash and sanitize your hands frequently

*Customer service and good communication is of the upmost importance.

**Products and Materials Scope**: Carpet, Hard Wood, Luxury Vinyl Plank & Tile, Laminate.

**Location Scope**: WEM kiosk (may be moved to various locations within the mall) - must have your own transportation

**Hourly Wage Position**

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales or lead generation an asset
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
