**This position is for the ITCloud business unit**
Servicing Canadian IT professionals and their business customers since 2005, ITCloud.ca is an authorized Canadian Distributor for Microsoft, Acronis, Bitdefender, AvePoint, BitTitan, Letsignit and NinjaOne. Through our partner channel, we provision Canadian businesses with the most powerful corporate cloud solutions for continuity, cybersecurity and productivity. Highly skilled on both the technical and business sides, our team backs up our partners-resellers with technical, sales, marketing and administrative enablement so they can build a successful business while provisioning their client-base through our simple and secure marketplace.
**About You**
The Microsoft Azure Program Manager supervises the Microsoft Azure business and utilizes programs that align with IT Cloud partners and customers. Responsibilities for this role include supporting IT Cloud sales team in the acquisition of new Microsoft Azure partners, ensuring IT Cloud is optimizing all available support from Microsoft, ensuring the maintenance of Microsoft Azure sales and technical certifications for IT Cloud staff, and enhancing the overall profitability of the business for ITCloud and its partners.
**What you'll do and how you'll have an impact**
- Oversee IT Cloud's Microsoft Azure business and leverage programs from Microsoft to align with our partners and customers;
- Supporting the IT Cloud sales team in the acquisition of new Microsoft Azure partners;
- Optimizing all available support from Microsoft to maximize profitability of Microsoft Azure for IT Cloud and its partners;
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve Microsoft Azure sales targets;
- Work closely with Microsoft to ensure alignment with their goals and initiatives, to understand the Microsoft Azure value proposition, to provide feedback and insights to Microsoft on customer and partner needs, market opportunities, and competitive landscape;
- Demonstrate the value proposition and benefits of Microsoft Azure to partners and customers through presentations, demos, webinars, and proof of concepts;
- Obtain all necessary Microsoft certifications to demonstrate proficiency in the Microsoft Azure solution;
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback and competitive intelligence to identify new opportunities and improve existing offerings;
- Support marketing team to drive education and interest in Microsoft Azure in the partners community;
- Report on Microsoft Azure performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
**What we're looking for**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business or related field;
- At least 5 years of experience in program management, cloud computing, or IT consulting;
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing Microsoft Azure solutions;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure products, services, features and benefits;
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills;
- Certification in Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms is a plus.
