Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to guests in a fine dining setting
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages to guests with attention to detail and presentation
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance the dining experience
- Ensure proper handling and storage of food items to maintain quality and safety standards
- Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
- Process guest payments accurately using cash handling procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining tables, service stations, and equipment

**Skills**:

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet service deadlines
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food handling and safety regulations
- Strong guest service skills to provide a memorable dining experience
- Proficient in food service techniques, including tableside service and wine pairing
- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a point-of-sale system
- Understanding of proper sanitation practices to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Strong attention to detail for accurate order taking and delivery

**Salary**: $16.75-$17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
