As an administrative professional, you will coordinate various recruitment-related activities and provide comprehensive administrative support to a variety of Government of Alberta stakeholders. Working collaboratively with TAS Consultants, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, conducting pre-employment checks, drafting employment letters, and entering information into our human resources information management system, Success Factors.

**Qualifications**:
High school diploma and three years of related office experience. Equivalencies will be considered.

**Required**:

- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Proof reading and editing documents experience

**Assets**:

- Recruitment experience.
- Experience with posting requisitions on social media, professional job boards and Linkedln.
- Experience working with SharePoint, Human Resource Information Management systems (such as SAP Success Factors).
- Supporting Human Resource administration.
