**Learning Coordinator, Programs & Training (P&T)**

The Learning Coordinator, P&T, role is all about supporting our employees getting the learning materials they need to succeed. You will ensure they have a smooth experience with our Pedalheads Learning Hub (LMS) and assist with its content creation.

We love variety here This role is part organizing, part content creation, and part supporting others both in-person and virtually. While working with multiple departments, you will contribute to the enjoyable learning experiences for all our employees. This ultimately supports our vision in creating ‘breakthrough, happy dancing, high-fiving, “I did it” moments through the best instructional programs for kids in North America', which makes you smile
- This is a contract position until July 1, 2024 (with possibility to extend into a permanent role), _located in Vancouver, BC._

**Your Responsibilities**

In addition to sharing your ideas, learn, and create relationships in this role, you'll also:

- Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), such as our Swim Operations team, to update programming and training content
- Oversee our Learning Management System (LMS) with our Assistant Manager, P&T, and stay on top of related administrative LMS needs
- Assist with the development of our asynchronous e-learning content
- Support the development and implementation of new programming initiatives, and create supporting materials as assigned
- Stay updated on programming knowledge and changes
- Ensure accurate completion of attendance and payroll reporting for training activities in collaboration with People & Culture and Regional Teams
- Assist with the facilitation and administration of our in-person training initiatives, and other duties as assigned

**Skills, Knowledge and Experience**
- Post-secondary education in Instructional Design, Human Resources, Sports Recreation, Education, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 1 year of LMS administration experience
- Understand basic adult learning & instructional design principles, and/or various learning approaches
- Criminal record check required
- Comfortable with Adobe graphic design products
- Experience using authoring tools, such as iSpring, is an asset. Experience working in recreation and/or children's programming is an asset
- Must be willing to travel as needed within North America (less than 5% annually) and holds a class 5 driver's license in good standing
