Portfolio Resource Coordinator
- Reconciliation

We are currently a Portfolio Resource Coordinator - Reconciliation based out of Prairies Regional Headquarters at Calgary International Airport. This is a full-time temporary (6 month) role.

**What does a Portfolio Resource Coordinator (Billing) do?**
- Billing duties, such as invoice generation and backup document preparation
- Perform account reconciliations, process adjustments, and carry out collection activities
- Analytic functions, such as utilization and margin analysis
- Correspondence with operations teams for billing inquiries
- Reconciliation between payroll and billing systems
- Resolve customer invoice disputes

**What you bring to PASS?**
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in billing or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in a fast-paced and high-volume collections environment
- Ability to problem solve, multitask, work effectively under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with billing software is an asset
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking skills
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills & deescalating upset customers
- Able to effectively work in a team environment and independently
- Valid RAIC holder or ability to obtain your Transport Security Clearance and Secret Security Clearance
- Flexible availability to work any shifts across a 7 day per week operations. Shift lengths are expected to be 8-12 hrs, AM, Daytime, PM and may fluctuate based on operational requirements. Schedule will include every Sunday.
- No criminal record background
- 18 years of age or older
