_Alliance Intrapak_ est un service d'emballage situé à Pointe Claire. En ce moment, nous recherchons un Coordonnateur Logistique pour se joindre à l'équipe. Le Coordinateur Logistique travaillera aux côtés du Responsable Logistique pour optimiser l'expédition et la réception des conteneurs entrants et sortants. La semaine de travail est du lundi au vendredi, de 7h30 à 16h00.

**Tâches du poste**:

- Exécuter la saisie de données de base et la tenue de registres
- Liaison entre les opérateurs de chariots élévateurs et les chauffeurs de camions
- Gestion des conteneurs reçus et expédiés
- Faire correspondre le travail papier avec les commandes reçues/expédiées
- Mise à jour des rapports quotidiens
- Répondre aux appels entrants
- Coordination avec les clients si nécessaire
- Effectuer des tâches supplémentaires assignées.

**CONDITIONS**:

- Bilingue en anglais et français
- Baccalauréat
- Autonomie et initiative, gestion des priorités, discrétion
- Capacité à travailler individuellement et en équipe
- Ponctualité/flexibilité
- Apprentissage rapide et autodidacte
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles

- Alliance Intrapak _is packaging service located in Pointe Claire. At this time, we are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join the team. The Logistics Coordinator will be working along side the Logistics Manager to optimize shipping and receiving of incoming and outgoing containers. The workweek is from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.

**Job description**

**Job Tasks**:

- Execute basic data entry and record keeping
- Liaison between Forklift Operators and Truck Drivers
- Management of containers received and shipped
- Matching paper work with received/shipping orders
- Updating daily reports
- Answer incoming calls
- Coordination with customers as necessary
- Perform supplemental duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual in English and French
- High School Diploma
- Autonomy and initiative, priority management, discretion
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Punctuality/flexibility
- Quick learner and self-starter
- Great communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pointe-Claire, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
