This role is a critical part of our proactive service delivery to our clients and is aimed at reducing client risk, increasing productivity, and ensuring client satisfaction.

**We want to hire you if**:

- You have 10+ years of IT experience with Microsoft-based computer networks preferrable in an MSP environment
- You have 2+ years of experience leading and managing a team of network administrators
- Either an Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a related technical field
- You have excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on root-cause analysis to prevent recurring issues
- You have hands-on experience with networking components and technologies such as switches, routers, firewalls, servers, and wireless access points
- You can provide guidance and technical support to team members, assisting them in troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues.
- You have a high standard for strong client service and project implementation experience
- You can handle multiple assignments, manage priorities, and meet strict deadlines
- You want the opportunity to learn and use our industry-leading remote monitoring and management platform
- You want to work with a team of people who are the best when it comes to supporting business computer networks

- Partake in Senior Leadership meetings
- Assisted the team in the day-to-day operation and provided coaching and mentorship to team members.
- Assessed our clients’ technologies and systems to make recommendations to reduce risk and improve efficiency
- Performed regular maintenance on the list of standards to ensure the highest level of support for new and upcoming technologies
- Developed and implemented strategies with team to identify technology directions, decisions, security policy, and road map.
- Professionally document all work performed and submit accurate timesheets
- Travelled within the GTA for onsite visits to our clients to review their technologies against Techify’s standards and best practices

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
