We’re looking for our next Document Control Associate. Could It Be You?
The purpose of the Document Control Associate is to facilitate and action ongoing returned mail, through proper management of documentation. In support of general DCR functions such as mail receipt, scanning, and primary processing.
This role will be a 3-month contract.
What’s it like working as a Document Control Associate at Questrade?
The Document Control Associate will be responsible for the proper processing of return mail to ensure corporate actions materials are correctly actioned and provided to the clearing team. This will start with sorting, opening, scanning, and submitting to the respective return mail tracker.

**In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Processing the various types of return mail and flagging for incorrect addresses
- Submission of return mail to clearing team for review and actioning
- Supporting general DCR tasks such as sorting of all mail and scanning
- Conducting processing requests where required
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned

- A High School diploma or equivalent
- Interest in the financial services industry
- Very close attention to detail
- Ability to work with little supervision
