**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform assembly tasks according to established guidelines and production schedules.
- Operate machinery, use hand tools, read measurements, and follow detailed instructions to ensure product quality.
- Safely and efficiently handle raw materials, components, and finished products.
- Loading and unloading materials, and transporting goods within the facility.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Participate in quality control processes to ensure that products meet specified standards and identify and report any defects.
- Ensure safe, efficient, and organized inventory of goods and materials throughout the facility.
- Accurately report all material, labor, and work related to ongoing operations.
- Work collaboratively with team members and management to achieve production goals and ensure smooth workflows.
- Adhere to and uphold Almex's health and safety policies, procedures and guidelines and report any health and safety concerns to maintain a healthy and safe workplace.

**Required training will be provided.**

**Required, Skills and Qualifications**:

- 1+ years' experience working in a manufacturing/ machine shop environment
- Able to read a tape measure, use a caliper and follow written instructions
- Experience maximizing the utilization of materials while minimizing waste
- Ability to lift heavy objects, and stand for extended periods
- Mechanically inclined
- Machining experience an asset
- Proficient Computer skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- English language proficiency
- Ability to perform job with mínimal supervision
