**What will you be doing?**

Reporting into the Accounting Manager, you will be managing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and other general Accounting tasks.
- This is a full-time opportunity, based in-office 3 days a week.
- Location: #10-6150 Kennedy Road, Mississauga, ON

**Duties and Responsibilities include**:

- Accounts Receivable: Set up new customer accounts, sending invoices to customers daily, creating monthly statements of accounts, ensuring timely payment.
- Perform sales reconciliations.
- Accounts Payable: Auditing invoices received from vendors, reconciling with physically received inventory, and filing invoices accordingly.
- Backup Accounting Manager with various accounting tasks, including process payroll.
- Monthly and Quarterly reporting.
- Prepare sales commission reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of accounts.
- Other duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager.

**Required Experiences**:

- Completion of Post-Secondary program in Accounting
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting, AP or AR
- Proficient working with QuickBooks Online & Excel
- Solid understanding of accounting practices and policies in Canada including sales, payroll, and corporate taxation.
- Availability to work in-office 3 days/week
